"This is hands down the loveliest and most comfortable bag I've ever owned. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase from VERA. I'd definitely buy from you again without hesitation, and I've already been telling my friends about you."

"I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive ordering online - you never quite know if something will live up to the photographs, do you? But I needn't have worried. It's every bit as lovely in person, both the look and the quality of the leather. I've been using it daily for a year now, stuffing it full of everything under the sun the way we mums do, and it's held up beautifully. The zips are solid and there's not a mark on the leather. Very pleased indeed, thank you."

"I placed my first order recently and I must say I'm absolutely charmed with both the service and the quality of the bag itself. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Many thanks."

"I’m very happy with the quality of the bags - I have two now - as well as the quick and friendly service. Delivery was on time and completely hassle-free."

"I purchased two bags from VERA a few months back - one in black and one in cognac. The quality is excellent, they're comfortable to carry and ever so practical for everyday use. I'm absolutely delighted with both of them, and I shall certainly be coming back to you for my next handbag."

"I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase - it's even lovelier than I'd hoped. The leather is beautiful quality, and the lady I spoke to regarding my order was so helpful and professional. Delivery was remarkably quick, and the whole process from start to finish was handled with such care. I shall definitely be ordering from you again."

"My bag arrived yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is beautiful and the service was first class - you've definitely got a customer for life here."

"What lovely bags these are - such a wonderful selection of styles and designs to choose from. The craftsmanship is beautiful, they're ever so stylish, and the quality is absolutely first-rate."
