"I'm absolutely thrilled with the bags I bought. The leather feels wonderfully soft and the quality is superb – and at such a reasonable price too. I shall certainly be keeping my eye out for new styles in the future."

"Delighted with the service I received. I shall certainly be ordering from you again."

"This is hands down the loveliest and most comfortable bag I've ever owned. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase from VERA. I'd definitely buy from you again without hesitation, and I've already been telling my friends about you."

"What a treat to receive this so promptly - the delivery was spot on. The bag is simply gorgeous and the quality is evident the moment you pick it up. Absolutely chuffed to bits with my purchase."

"The bag I ordered matches the description perfectly. I’m very pleased with the quality. Thank you."

"I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive ordering online - you never quite know if something will live up to the photographs, do you? But I needn't have worried. It's every bit as lovely in person, both the look and the quality of the leather. I've been using it daily for a year now, stuffing it full of everything under the sun the way we mums do, and it's held up beautifully. The zips are solid and there's not a mark on the leather. Very pleased indeed, thank you."

"Lovely bags, beautifully made from real leather and the colours are spot on with the photos. Very pleased, thank you."

"The bags are absolutely lovely, and the customer service is genuinely considerate and helpful."

"I’m very happy with the quality of the bags - I have two now - as well as the quick and friendly service. Delivery was on time and completely hassle-free."
